How do you sell Homelessness? It’s a cause that is difficult to talk about. That was our challenge in my term long project in my Marketing Communications class. The Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless was our client and our objective was to increase involvement of faith communities to join the fight to end homelessness through the affordable housing solution. We found the audience of faith communities were very uninformed about our cause. My team created an integrated marketing campaign that will shift the perception that ending homelessness is impossible.  This project provided me with my fair share of stress, but it was extremely fulfilling to see the final product.
